When using reccord button on the SNOM 370 device the call won’t be recorded? Therefore we programmed a function key ( DTMF *1) to record a call, this works fine.
Now the question is if it will be possible to get some visible indication when recording the call? (By using the original record button there will be appear a R in the screen)
System specifics:
- FreePBX Distro version 1.812.210.58
- SNOM 370 devices
Does anybody know how to solve this problem?
