Call recording wrong time zone

Hello. I am having problems with call recording time zone for -1 hour over web interface. On the server is correct time zone and admin user shows good time zone but other users are seing call recording -1hour.

Have tried changing time zones for user or adding manualy but no help.

Asterisk Version: 13.22.0

Did someone have similiar issues?

Are the users in the same time zone ?
