Call recording not working

Hey guys,

I want to be able to record calls on demand. I configured the user to be able to record on demand, but when I press the record-button of my phone I get this log-message:

chan_sip.c: Recording requested, but no One Touch Monitor registered. (See features.conf)
My asterisk dial options look like this: TtrwW
I’m probably missing something very little, but what?

Which version of FreePBX are you using? Also I assume that you have the extensions set to record on demand?

I’m using FreePBX 2.11.0.37
The extension (user) is configured to record on demand

Could it be that *1 is not enabled in the Feature Codes?
