Call recording multiple times in freepbx

Call recording is enabled in queue and disabled for individual extension. But still call recorded two times i.e for queue as well as extension. can anyone help on this.

Yes Two recording files storing even though i disabled recording for extension

That doesn’t show that there are two files. It shows two entries in the CDRs that have that file has a recording of that call. The CDRs show each context that was hit because in Asterisk, a single call can generate multiple CDRs depending on the path of the call.

Which means only one recording file will be stored in server right in this case.

Correct because you can only have one file of that format.
