Anyone have a recommendation for a call recording interface for end users? I have Call Recording Reports,but it doesn’t filter well when you are searching through 2000 calls per day (only drills down to the day, no other filters). I use CDR, but I need something that the end users can use easily. Recommendations?
UCP in 12+ lets users see their recordings.
In 13+ the table for call recording reports lets you search columns.
Any kind of preview for this in 13 besides purchasing another license for call recording reports for the beta?
