Call Recording, Complete call not being recorded on a transferred to a queue

Complete call not being recorded on a transferred to a queue or ring group. This is on a outbound call that is transferred to a queue or ring group.The recording contains the first part between the outside caller and the extension and also the part where the local extension is announcing the call to the extension the call is being transferred to, after the extension that made the call hangs up the recording ends.

We are using FreePBX 10.13.66-20

Call Recording Module Version13.0.11.4

That is correct as once you transfer to queue or ring group the call recording policy inside the ring group and queue takes over.

But the call recording is on “Force” in the queue.

Can you post a call log?

I figured it out. We had to turn off call recordings in the queue and outbound routes. And only have it on in the extensions. We had it on in all places and I guess FreePBX doesn’t like that.
