I want to set my queue if the call isn’t answered after 5 rings to go to a virtual extension. Works great on a ring group. How is this done on a queue?
Set max wait time to 25 seconds.
That didn’t work. It went to one phone, then went to voicemail. It should ring a phone on random, if one doesn’t answer, then next one should, etc. Eventually go to vm. Not sure why it’s not going to each phone first
