customer uses RDP from their pc to access their windows servers. During that time sangoma connect goes in background and if call rings they cant see the calling number without minimizing the RDP session. They are asking for option where they can see calling number without minimizing the RDP session. Is there a way we can do pop for incoming calls so users able to see call info while connected to RDP session
A second monitor for the user might be your simplest solution.
A second option that might work is the PowerToys for Windows Always on Top widget.
