How can we set up a call pop up when someone calls us directly, using our extension or a call gets transferred to us?? I also want call pop up to happen when we pick up calls manually too.
It depends on the softphone in use, with Sangoma Desktop it can be done, even with other software it is possible … but it depends precisely on the softphone in use
