Has anyone had any problems with using Call Pickup. I have extensions with ‘Call Group’ set as ‘1’. I have an extension with ‘Pickup Groups’ set as ‘1’ to allow it to pickup for that group. When a call comes in and I dial *8 from this extension it does not pickup the call. I get an error message ‘Forbidden’. If I dial ** & the extension number, this works. I ideally want *8 to work. Thanks in advance for any pointers & help.
