Call Parking Stopped Working

We have the parking lot pro module installed and in use on one of our phone servers. After a scheduled reboot of the phone server, call parking stopped working, it just terminates the call. I have tried rebooting the phone server, reloading the module, made sure the modules were up to date. I am just unsure of why it stopped working after a reboot. Is the parking module dependent on any other modules that may have affected it?
