I have been playing with the Polycom IP335 Phone and thus far, it’s pretty nice.
I am so used to the Aastra XML scripts and am trying to break the habit of depending on them. I’m over the fact that I won’t get Visual Voicemail on non-aastra phones, but I can’t get over not being able to see the parking lot.
My question is, how does everyone handle knowing a call is parked and where? Do you have to depend on a software operator panel such as fop2 or iSymphony? Do you just depend on the announcement?
