I have an issue on a Sangoma S500 phone. If I press a BLF button that is set up for call park retrieval, while another call is ringing into my phone. I am dropped from the call while the two outside parties (one outside caller that was parked and another outside caller that was ringing my phone) are joined together in what I can only guess is either an offsite transfer or an unattended conference. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Is this a bug in the software?
