I have two servers with them connected with an IAX trunk. One server is setup with PRI’s and the other has a sip trunk. I was wanting to know if there was a way to allow the one with the PRI’s to be able to call out of a sip trunk on the other server?
Just create an outbound route on the SIP box sending whatever calls you want over to the PRI box.

How would you create the outbound route to send long distance calls out on the server that has the sip trunk? Would you choose the iax trunk to route the calls to the server with the sip trunk?
You are over thinking this. Simply put the IAX trunk in the from-internal context. The calls will follow the same dial plan as a phone and be able to dial all the extensions.
