Call out from IVR / Calling In?

Hi,

I have a few employees who are sometimes out and about and want them to be able to call clients and have our 1800 number listed, instead of their cell phone number.

Is there a way for them to call into a specific DID (Inbound Route) or to an IVR that just says ’ Enter the number you want to call ?’ and have it call that outgoing number?

You’ve got a couple of ways to go:

  1. DISA
  2. Zoiper

The first is a feature of FreePBX. The second is an app that installs on their phone and gives the access to your PBX from outside the local network.

Both are free - try them and see what you can see.
