hello everyone, i am trying to create a complicated IVR.
I have one SIP channel with the number to where outside callers can dial and be welcomed by IVR.
for xample: you dial 1501164(SIP channel`s number) and routed to IVR.
the purpose of IVR is the caller can send some content like anecdotes after listening to it at IVR.
so, caller is prompted to dial 8, then to enter the number followed by #, and the receiver then receives the call and hears the content.
a question, if this channel is enough for in/out calls at once
