Call logging

I installed a FreePBX system quite some time ago.
I was wondering if there’s a way to log the incoming and outgoing calls, including the rejected/dropped ones?

There’s been a lot of complaints about dropped calls in the middle of a call but also claims that calls are being placed and not coming through (phone doesn’t ring or only rings once).
In order to search we also need a time/datestamp.

Is this possible in FreePBX of is there some external solution??

Asterisk puts CDRs in mySQL daabase and in CVS in /var/log/asterisk/cdr-csv/Master.csv.

Also check /var/log/asterisk/full.

?Have your users log when these problems happen, check the logs and possible work with your provider to see why calls are dropping.

I found this CSV. I knew about this log folder but not this master.csv file.

However, in my system this file is 0 bytes! Do I have to activate something?
