Call is picked up when user is using headset

Hello,

PBX Version: 15.0.29
PBX Distro:12.7.8-2203-2.sng7
Asterisk Version:16.20.0
EPM 15.0.56

Phone is an S705 with EHS connecting to Poly base station. Calls work fine however when the user is in a MS Teams meeting and someone calls, the S705 picks up. The remote person can’t hear anything but I’m thinking the EHS sees the headset as active and puts the call through?

Anyone else have had this problem?

I did. On a deployment of 20 Sangoma EHS to S705s one was doing that. I swapped it out for a different EHS and it never had a problem again.
