Hello!
In my configuration “failover destination” for the queue is “misc destination” which is external cellphone.
How can I record calls that go to that phone?
Instead of a misc. destination use a custom extension program local/yourcellnum into the dial field and set recording on.
Tried to do this - unfortunately I get:
– Couldn’t call Local/84957885826
== Everyone is busy/congested at this time (0:0/0/0)
Do you have an outbound route for that dial pattern?
