Getting issue with call disconnection. I am using TATA SIP trunk and the calls are disconnecting in 10 Second and as per TATA team they are saying that due to registration request CALL-ID is changing. Please help in the above issue.
This makes no sense. Registration requests do not affect calls in progress. A change in the call-id for an INVITE, would be the same as stopping signalling entirely, and would typically take 32 seconds to cause a failure, if one occurred at all.
Also registrations are not synchronous with respect to INVITEs, so reregistration wouldn’t happen a fixed time into a call.
You need to provide the full log, with “pjsip set logger on” (or “sip set debug on”, if using the obsolete driver) in effect.
