Call Forwarding

Guys,
Just wondering if its possible to disable call forwarding for all the extensions/users on FreePBX which includes call forwarding configured on physical phones at users’ end?

For the phones, I believe you can disable that in their cfg files.

yes but we do not manage the phones directly and user have ability to reset and reconfigure so we need this to be done at PBX end if possible. Please advise.

If you don’t control the configs of the phones, you cannot stop the phones from doing forwarding.
