Call Forwarding Outbound Fail

Hi,
i create an extension 100 and 200. I use these extensions on softphone. I wanna use a call forwarding from softphone forwarding menu settings.
Extension 100 succesfull but 200 not succesfull.
In cdr reports 100 app dial and this is ok but
In cdr reports 200 status congestion and give an 503 service fail on my softphone.

The claimed cause is that the called number didn’t answer.

But configuration is same on these extensions. :confused:

If the provider is lying about the real cause, you will have to ask them.

I solved the problem. I added sip settings field at Other Sip Settings send_diversion=no :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
