Receptionist turns on call forward to another extension while she is away from her desk. She returns and finds that CF was off and she missed a bunch of calls. After testing it seems after 1 incoming call CF turns itself off. How does she get to stay on until she turns it off?
You may want to get in touch with them about it. You’re setting up the phone to forward calls when it receives them. If it is disabling the forwarding then you need to figure out why.
Thank you. I did open a ticket and they did a great job trying to replicate it but so far can not. Something must be unique to this install. Do you know of a checkbox somewhere that might control this? I have not found one yet.
Is this isolated to a single user/phone? Or can you replicate it on all of your ClearlyIP phones?
If it’s just the single phone… can you wipe the config and start fresh? For something weird like this that can’t be replicated by ClearlyIP, that would be my personal next step.
