Hi everyone.
I have extension 299 that is set to forward on no answer to extension 298
When someone calls extension 299 extension 299 rings for approx 5 seconds and then the call is forwarded to extension 298
How can I make the timeout longer than 5 seconds? I assumed it would be the “Call Forward Ring Time” option under extension settings for extension 299 but when I change this field to 20 seconds the call still gets forwarded after only 5 seconds.
