Call Duration Missing - CEL Reports

Hi Everyone,

I’m looking for some help on an issue.
I’m missing some call durations times on calls that go via a followme to mobiles. This seems to be random as some call do have the call duration.

The call flow goes like this.
Trunk > Time Condition > Queue.
Within the queue group is all our extensions plus 2x extensions that only have followme enabled to mobiles.

From the call logs i cant see much difference other than the LINKEDID_END.

In the second one, the local channel hasn’t optimised out,. which would normally mean that no normal media had flowed back into Asterisk, or the call wasn’t answered, at all.

If that was the case I would assume there would be no call recording, however I can listen to both call recordings.
