Call Details in CDR Reports

I am trying to create a call center dashboard by using CDR Reports. The problem is it is not showing the call details when I export it. It is only showing the calls which were in the queue but not the calls which are waiting to join in a queue. by this our call abandonment rate is 100% which is not true, and the ring time is less than 30 seconds which is not true again. any ideas how to solve this issue.
