Call deflection freePBX

Dear Friends,

Im sorry, I would like to know, if somebody in the forum knows how can I use call deflection technique in freepbx? I would like to redirect an incoming call to a whatsapp MESSAGE. In not working hours I need to open whtasapp APP once clients dial a fix number backed for a freepbx (sip trunk)

I hear about AGI and also about webhooks, but I’m not really clear about it …
