Call Decline from the Extension 101 to 103

How was this system installed? You’re using a version of FreePBX that uses app_macro, with a version of Asterisk that doesn’t have (or hasn’t been compiled with) macro support.

Please elaborate on how I will install the app_macro on the system.

Build Asterisk with it included (make menuconfig step in build process), and make sure that modules.conf loads it.

Note that Asterisk 18 will only receive security fixes.

Or install FreePBX from the distribution, rather than putting the system together, yourself.
