Call between SIPs

Hello, I am new to Elastix and Asterisk in general. I am using Elastix 4.0.76, which is already running Asterisk 11.20.0.
I have 2 SIPs created by Elastix Webmanager. my Elastix has the IP: 192.168.0.116
I am trying to make a call from 8111 (First SIP IP : 192 . 168 . 0 . 110) to 8112 (Second SIP IP : 192. 168. 0. 114)
Everything works fine. but in the incoming call get the IP address of the Server like
Incoming call from: 8111@ 192 .168 .0 .116
The Elastix always puts its IP as the source of the incoming call. I want to change to look like Direct call between SIPs and the IP ADDRESS of the First SIP is in the incoming call : 8111@ 192. 168. 0. 110

Is there anyway to do that. Should I add a rule or reconfigure the SIPs manually.

Elastix is dead and unsupported.
You should move to a supported version.

Elastix 4.0.76 still supported.

Elastix is now 3CX, no longer Freepbx.
The old Elastix is running all end of life Asterisk and Freepbx versions.

It will be more difficult to find someone who will provide support on eol software.

In case that was too subtle - this is a FreePBX forum. Elastix is no longer a FreePBX solution. If you want commercial support for a commercial product, you need to go to the company. We can’t help you without voiding whatever warranty you have and ruining your system.
