Hi - I’ve got Asterisk 13 with FreeBPX 12 and I’ve now got someone that wants an OLD functionality.
They want the ability to have Missed calls show up on all those in the ring group even when answered elsewhere.
I look at the sip trace and sure enough, we’ve got:
Reason: SIP;cause=200;text=“Call completed elsewhere”
Is there a way to disable this either per phone or even for the whole system?
