Hello
1.) I have connected an Avaya 1120e phone to my PBX. I’d like to re-program one of the softkey buttons. The one labeled “Msg” doesn’t dial “*97” and I’d like it too. Where can I make this change.
2.) How do I add a second line button? Currently button 0 = Line 202 and I’d like to make button 1 = 202. Further it would be nice to program BLF or feature buttons to the remaining buttons. How can I do this?
If this has already been addressed could someone please send me the article link. I’ve done a quick search and couldn’t find anything.
