Bulk Handler User Manager Users Not Present

Hello,

We are hoping to use the Bulk Handler module to modify some of our settings for users however “User Manager Groups” appears but not “User Manager Users”.

Is there a setting I need to modify to enable the bulk modification of users?

PBX Distro:

Asterisk Version:
18.20.2
