I exported extensions from a FPBX 13 unit and it created all them as ‘Virtual’ rather than sip but I went through and manually changed their type to pjsip –
It starts to import and then I started getting an error telling me Mailbox is not properly formatted.
Has anyone successfully imported a Bulk Handler export from an earlier version?
I tried a bunch of stuff but in the end rather then rebuild each and every extension my solution was to create an extension on the new FPBX 16 server and export the extensions CSV.
Then I copied columns from the 13 CSV to the 16 matching the title all the way across.
It’s a brute force solution but I couldn’t find any other solution since the order and naming have changed since 13.
