Bulk changes to extensions question

I have 100+ extensions that my client now want’s to remove the caller ID from every extension. If I export them all, modify the CSV callerID field and then re-import will that have any detrimental effects on any other functionality in the PBX?

I guess what I’m asking is will it just do an update to the existing fields or will it change everything and affect user/extension links, extension sip password etc…

Should be fine, but if you have concerns, test it. Start with one and if it works, do the rest.
