BUG? CID name prefix

I setup an inbound DID to forward to an extension. I set the CID name prefix to read “test:”

When I call the DID it shiows test:name of caller. It works ok.

When I go back into the inbound route to make any changes the CID name prefix field is blank. If I type something else in the field it takes it and will display it when a call comes in. It just doesn’t show up in the field.

And your version of FreePBX is?
Without this little piece of really important information we can’t help you.
