Browser popup when answer a call?

Hi, we are looking for something that open an url (based on incaming call number / name) on client browser when an extension receive a call (extension is not softphone, but regular phone)

we could have a mac osx application or a web server application

any idea?

use the astercrm (ie: astercc) for pop ups its works very good for me and its open source only

Pls, how can I install it on freePBX?
any explanation on this?
