The following modules are broken and when I try and install it says connot find module. How do I fix this?

ivrpro
directorypro
These are all commercial modules, and I think at least one of them has been discontinued.
If you have a valid license for them submit a support ticket and explain what is happening and include your deployment ID so they can look up the problem.
