Broadcast - Automatic Import

I have the broadcast module, it works well, but we are manually uploading the dial file each day. I do not have access to an FTP server, but I can get a dial file automatically dropped off to the \asterisk\home directory.

My question is there a way to point the broadcast to that folder location so that it will automatically import the dial file?
