Bria 5 phones are goin unavailable intermittantly

We are using Bria 5 phones for our agents in FreePBX 13 and agents are going into an unavailable status intermittently. We noticed in the queue reports that the agent shows as unavailable and in the peer report for the station it shows the host as unspecified and the status shows as unknown. The host report usually show the host ip address and the status shows as ok. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

What do the logs (/var/log/asterisk/full) show? The reports are for “normal” operations, and this is clearly not a “normal” operation.
