Is it possible to block calls from being accidentally transferred to page groups? I have seen other posts but no real solution?
I also came across this regarding changing the context.

I tested the context on a page ext that’s connected to the page group and no luck.
Any ideas?

I’m running into similar issues with blocking transfers (via. context). Can someone point me to the proper documentation to make these changes?
