Block any other incoming call if the called party is already talking to another

Hi.
How to block any other incoming call if the called party is already talking to another? Can I do it from GUI ?

Turn off call waiting and voicemail. The caller will get a busy signal.

Did you try ? Not working for me - get second incoming call (
Try with Cisco Phones 7911,7906 (SIP mode) and 7912, 7905 (SCCP mode)

Latest FreePBX 15.0.16.42 with Asterisk 13.29.2
