I have a S505 and I am wondering if I can program a softkey to do a blind transfer to a particular extension.
For example a call is answered on the S505, the user only has to press one key (which is labeled with a person’s name) and the call is blind transferred.
The S505 is new to me so I apologize if this is a noob question. ( I did look through the wiki and docs but didn’t find anything)
IIRC this is the default behavior. At least when provisioning via EPM.
Set one button and test it, if it doesn’t work, I think you should be able to change the setting in the template, if not, you can do it in in the basefile section.
