This is an odd one that came up w/ teleworking, Anyway to push BLF data to a Teams channel? to Track when team members are on a call? we have remote phones already configured but the remote devices are all low end 2 line phones for the most part so real BLF is not a real option.
I was trying to decide it this was general help or offtopic.
I have no idea if such a thing is possible, but you’d have to get the “Hint” status for each of your lines and associate them with the Teams’ statuses.
Since I know literally nothing about Teams except how to spell it, I am now officially out of my depth. Getting Hint status, though, is relatively simple, so once you’ve got the code for that, setting the statuses for the Teams members should be “relatively simple”.
