BLF on Yealink T46G

G’day all,

I’m trying to setup a BLF key on my Yealink T46G. I’ve set up the DSS key but the button constantly shows a green LED light regardless of if that extension if onhook or off.

Please, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The light won’t turn red until the call is sent to Asterisk (dialing completed) and goes back to green when the call has ended.

Confirm that the DSS key is set up with
Type: BLF
Value: (extension number to be monitored)
Line: (line used to call that extension)
