Running FreePBX 14.0.12.7 over Asterisk 13.19.1
Just recently we are noticing that we are losing the lights on the phone BLF keys.
No loss in functionality, just no lights…
When this occurs, “core show hints” reports approx 50 hints but none relating to extension status.
Any changes made in FreePBX that require a reload restores the BLF lights on the phones and “core show hints” then reports >350 hints including the extension related ones.
The loss of extn BLF hints is occurring once or twice randomly in any 24 hr period.
It doesn’t appear to be related to phone type, we run a mixture of Yealink and Fanvil phones. All are affected.
Any ideas where to look for a solution.
