Runing FreePBX 2.11.0.37
All modules up to date.
I have one DID with VOIP.MS and One DID with Flowroute
I added my cel phone number to the blacklist module.
If using my cell I call the DID with VOIP.MS I get “no service at the number you have dialed” but if I call the DID with Flowroute my call is going through.
Tried contacting Flowroute but was given the FreePBX wiki URL and told to come here.
In the blacklist module I tried 3 entries just to be sure:

xxxxxxx (this one works with VOIP.MS)
Both trunks are configured with identical inbound route except they go to different IVR.
There are some differences in the trunk configuration, this is VOIP.MS:

I am not seeing any error within the log during the call.
Anything else I can check?
