I was wondering if there were any BKMs out there from switching from device&user to regular mode? It appears that I don’t benefit from device&user too much (I can switch to ring groups and modifying the voicemail addresses). Do I need to delete all the devices and users, change the setting back, and then reconfigure?
Also, I noticed that monitor recordings don’t show up in the user portal? The recordings appear to be linked to the device number and not the user extension.
