Best solution for a minor problem

Hi All

We have quite a few SIP intercoms setup on various doors and gates around the site. These all go through time conditions to ring groups, so that if our receptionist is busy, someone else can let people through doors/gates.

This normally works fine, but on a few doors we’ve installed two (high and low level) intercoms to support disabled access. As the majority of the intercom users are children, they like to press both buttons, which due to the ring group setup means that two different people in different parts of the building both get the call.

What’s the best way to solve this? Would putting a queue with a max caller capacity of 1 before the ring group work, or would the ring group still get both calls?

Thanks for your suggestions.
