Best Practice: Sangoma Connect implementation

Hey guys!
We’re planning on implementing Sangoma Connect for our on-premise PBX for use within the company and also for remote workers.

Is there a walkthrough, or best practice approach to this?
Questions that arise are:

  • What exactly needs to be done for outside registrations to work flawlessly?
    – Port Forwarding
    – Responsive Firewall adjustments
    – Settings within FreePBX for allowing outside registrations?
  • How can this connection be secured and possible fraud, or PBX spam/overload be prevented?

I cant seem to find a complete Howto on this implementation. Maybe someone can help out?
