Best path for upgrading from Trixbox 2.8.0.4 to newest version of FreePBX

Hello,

At my job, we are planning on upgrading from Trxibox 2.8.0.4 to FreePBX 13, but I am assuming there is not a straight path for this upgrade since Trixbox is so old.

I am aware of this script that can be ran to upgrade from Trixbox 2.8.0.4 to FreePBX 1.8.

My question is, if I run this script to upgrade to FreePBX 1.8, are there additional scripts that can be ran to get to FreePBX 13?

I would very much appreciate it if someone could advise me about the best upgrade path. Your help will be most appreciated.

Thank you so much

I would honestly save your hair, time and tears. Do a clean install.

If it is using the Fonality-Fork of FreePBX, James is right - just re-create.

However, if you are still on the real FreePBX, you can get there - you just need to calculate the effort to re-create versus the effort to get it up to current.

How many Extensions/Queues/RingGroups/Time Conditions/Inbound Routes are we talking about? If it’s less than 50 total, just re-create.

How many are we talking about?
